This post is a review about the Slim Cycle exercise bike and whether it is a good exercise bike to use at home.

The pandemic has caused many to be stuck at home because of their gyms closing or out of caution of staying away from health clubs because of Covid. I have been involved in fitness close to 30 years and I have also had to learn to adapt to this new way of life.

I was looking for an inexpensive, but not cheap on quality, exercise bike to add to my home fitness workouts because lockdowns were happening.

I came across the Slim Cycle exercise bike. After reviewing it in detail and reading up on it, I decided to make the purchase and give it a shot as I felt the price was very reasonable.

What Is The Slim Cycle?

The Slim Cycle is a 2 in 1 exercise bike that can easily go from an upright bike to a recumbent bike. It also contains resistance bands to give to the added benefit of an upper body workout!

  • Good quality and a good affordable price

CONS

  • The bands just give you one level of resistance
  • The higher level resistance may be difficult to pedal
  • No water bottle holder
  • Weight limit 300lbs

Conclusion

In these challenging days in today’s world, many are finding it difficult to exercise which can be detrimental to your body and health. I have been in gyms for close to 30 years and the need to workout at home has never been so important to me as it is right now with the pandemic and winter weather approaching. The SLIM CYCLE has been a great addition to my fitness routine and I am very pleased with this purchase.
