  1. This is a great post, I love reading about kale’s benefits! I have a fun fact about kale for you! Did you know that up until the 2010s when it blew up in popularity, the vast majority of kale used in the US was in Pizza Hut salad bars as decoration? It’s so funny to me that people used to pass right by all those delicious, nutrient filled leafy greens on their way to pick up pizza!
