  1. This article is right in line with a piece I did a while back. It was about how exercise beats medication in controlling depression.

    I would love to have your take on that.

    1. There is no doubt exercise can help with depression. I am not a fan of medication as it always seems that it treats something but causes something else to go off. The prescription of healthy eating and exercise just doesn’t make the money meds do.
